Rivercrest Reserve South
Flooded green timber on the Sulphur River bottoms south of Rivercrest Lake. Pump-managed water holds through the freeze. The founding reserve.
The Reserves is a private waterfowl membership from Lineage Land Co. — reciprocal access to a portfolio of anchor properties and a curated network of private holes across Northeast Texas, for the life of your membership.
A Reserve Membership is land-anchored — you buy in through the founding reserve that speaks to you. But your standing access extends across the full Lineage portfolio: every reserve, every blind, every boat launch, every lodge night — plus the private-hole network. For the life of your membership, at the same terms as the anchor owner.

North-shore holding just above Rivercrest Lake — a central pond ringed with flooded crop areas and cabin blinds. Backed by Bark N Dogs timber.
The biggest anchor in the portfolio — 447 acres of creek-bottom flooded timber, two flooded crop areas, a hidey-hole food plot, and two natural ponds. Cabin site on the interior.
Three flooded crop areas, two ponds, and a creek-drainage system on 333 acres adjacent to Cooper Lake. Big-water backup when timber dries.
Flooded corn and millet, shallow ponds, and a corn-row bottom with duck blinds and tree stands. A working food-plot property built for the trade.
A holding pond feeding a flooded row-crop plot, plus a natural pond ringed with flooded timber — the duck hole that sits on the lodge property itself. Second sits without a truck ride.
A curated portfolio of scattered private holes across Northeast Texas — booked through Lineage. The insider circuit that keeps members hunting when anchors are quiet.
Every Lineage Membership includes standing access to The Network — a curated portfolio of small, private waterfowl holes across Northeast Texas. Backwater sloughs, stock-tank flats, timber pockets, oxbows on private ranches. Spots you'd never find on your own, held by landowners we've built long relationships with.
We catalog each hole, coordinate access, maintain the blinds where owners want us to, and route members through a single booking system. The landowner gets a lease payment. The member gets a place to hunt when the anchor reserves are booked, when the water's wrong, or when a cold front pushes birds somewhere unexpected.
Every reserve in the Lineage portfolio meets the same operating standard. We audit it every off-season, and we don't add a reserve that can't hold it.
Pumps, weirs, and seasonal flooding coordinated across reserves so a Lineage member always has water — even in a dry year.
Moist-soil management, native food plots, invasive removal, and timber-stand improvement. Managed by wildlife biologists, not guessed at.
Every blind is inspected, brushed, and pressure-washed before opening day. If it needs to be replaced, it is — not patched.
Kennels at every property. A working guide roster you can book by the day. Lodge nights at properties that have them, at cost.
One shared lodge, sited at the midpoint of the portfolio — every reserve within an easy drive. Members bunk down between morning trips and evening flights, cook the birds shot that morning, warm dogs by the stove, and swap notes on where the freeze pushed things.
The lodge itself sits on a working duck property — The Lodge Flyway — with a holding pond, flooded row crop, and a stand of flooded timber right out the porch. Hunt in the morning, breakfast on the porch, second sit at sunset.
Twelve greenheads and a bull sprig off the tree by nine. On a Tuesday. It's the second best morning I've had in the timber — and my membership bought me every one still to come.— A Lineage Member · Rivercrest Reserve South
Lineage is inviting a limited class of Founding Members through the anchor reserves. Contact us to inquire about qualification and current availability.
Founding Memberships are limited and offered by invitation only. Terms, pricing, and availability are shared with qualified inquirers under NDA. Lineage does not publish a membership price; every anchor reserve carries its own market and buy-in structure, and Lineage's role is to make one membership hunt like every property in the portfolio.
Tell us a little about who you are and how you hunt. If there's a fit with one of the anchor reserves, we'll set up a walk-through in the off-season.
Everything is kept in confidence. Lineage doesn't sell lists, doesn't market to inquirers, and doesn't push a decision on anyone.
