The Network is what separates a Lineage membership from a bare-bones property share. In addition to standing access to every anchor reserve, members get access to a curated portfolio of small, private waterfowl holes across Northeast Texas — backwater sloughs, stock-tank flats, timber pockets, and oxbows on private ranches. Spots you'd never find on your own, held by landowners we've built long relationships with.
Lineage catalogs each hole, coordinates access, maintains the blinds where owners want us to, and routes members through a single booking system. The landowner gets a lease payment. The member gets a place to hunt when the anchor reserves are booked, when the water's wrong, or when a cold front pushes birds somewhere unexpected.
The Network is why Lineage members are almost never grounded. When the pressure gets thick or the water goes wrong somewhere, there's always another spot to run to.
Every hole in the Network is walked, mapped, and rated by Lineage before it's added. If we wouldn't book it for ourselves, we don't offer it to members.
Members book Network holes the same way they book an anchor reserve — one login, one dashboard, one Lineage handler for every issue that comes up.
The Network is built on multi-year lease agreements with the landowners. Members don't have to negotiate anything — the relationships are already in place.
Holes span 6+ counties across the NE Texas flyway. Different water regimes, different bird habits, different cold-front escape routes.
Network hole bookings run at the same rate Lineage pays the landowner. Members pay for access, not for a middleman.
New holes get added every off-season; underperformers get dropped. The Network is actively curated, not a fixed list.
